Managing the accounts of the inactive user on your Moodle site is a tedious task for all Moodle site administrators as it has to be done with utmost precaution.

Here the plugin “Inactive User Cleanup” will automatically delete the inactive users on your Moodle site after inactivity for a preconfigured number of days.

You can also notify the user after the inactivity time has lapsed and if still they are not responding, then you can automatically delete the accounts from your Moodle site.

This plugin is similar in nature to the User Suspension plugin which we covered previously, and is available for Moodle 2.7 to 3.5.

The Inactive user cleanup plugin is available for all Moodle versions since Moodle 2.4 onwards (including Moodle 3.6) and is developed by the DualCube team, famous for several free contributions to the Moodle Plugin Directory, including crowd favorite “Roshnilite” theme and a dozen more.
