I am a fan of Ravi Murugesan – he is so clearly passionate about Moodle and all its goodness that he can’t help but do cool things every time he decides to put thoughts on paper (or blog). So, when I stumbled across a recent heading from his blog about using XML to import glossary entries into Moodle, I had to check it out.

You should to: the post is short and sweet, but gives you everything you need to use an XML template to create a substantial glossary of terms offline that can easily be imported into Moodle. There is definitely a high-geek factor involved in this process, but its not unmanageable for teachers who want a quick fix to an old problem.
