While the iMoot is more than a month behind us I’ve been thinking about community funded development projects every day since since. While I don’t have anything to announce at the moment I would like to share the presentation deck from my presentation. If you’re interested in community funding development projects and the potential that it holds for Moodle sites and independent developers I’d be curious to hear your thoughts in the comments.

  1. I think that ‘Crowdfunding’ will facilitate more improvements by supporting small improvements that are greater than ‘contributed free time’ can support.

  2. Rex, good catch, that’s probably because Moodlerooms hasn’t even mentioned it yet!

    Will be fun to watch and see what happens.

  3. having read their post from the 14th, pretty slick idea and exactly what I’ve been talking about…glad to see the idea is catching on.
