Moodle 2.9.3, 2.8.9 and 2.7.11 are now available via the normal download channel – https://download.moodle.org/ or GitHub.
In a recent announcement by Marina Glancy on Moodle.org, in addition to the release of the point releases all MoodleCloud will also be upgraded to Moodle 2.9.3
In addition to a number of bug fixes and small improvements, security vulnerabilities have been discovered and fixed. Other details can be found in our notes for each release:
Note that 2.8 branch is now supported only for security fixes until May 2016. Moodle 3.0 release is scheduled for November 16th.
