There’s a great resource (recently revised) at Moodle.org’s docs which is titled “teacher documentation” but really is a great primer that any new-to-Moodle teacher should be exposed to (immediately).

The resource highlights the underpinning of Moodle’s principles and structure then provides links to great introduction videos, resources, demos and reference material which could be used to round out a Moodler’s professional development concerning the LMS.

Check it out at http://docs.moodle.org/en/Teacher_documentation.

Exposing teachers to the treasure chest that is docs.moodle.org is a great way to introduce them to an invaluable resource they should be comfortable visiting for support and help down the road.
