Authentication Plugin: Restrict Auth by IP

Post Pages - Post Inline - WIRIS

The Authentication by IP user plugin provides a new way to limit some users (users who have this method identified in their user profiles) to login only from certain defined IPs. If you run a residential campus Moodle site or find yourself in a scenario where all or just some students should only be accessing Moodle from computer labs, on campus or within a limited range of school you’re in luck. Once installed you can identify any IP addresses where those uses can login (and all others will prevent them from authenticating).

Another tool for preventing unauthorized use. The plugin is maintained by Jordi Pujol Ahullo and Robert Boloc of the Universitat Rovira i Virgili.
