Essential 2.7.4 was just released to the community picking up where Julian Ridden left off with development. The updated version now available only as a pre-release for testing includes a lot of additional fixes which were part of a major cleanup. Additionally the update by David Bezemer and Gareth Barnard includes over 10 enhancements including:
- Automatically collapsing breadcrumbs
- Updated messages menu (more like Facebook which is borrowed from the Shoelace theme)
- Huge performance improvement by switching to Bootstrap all in one to reduce HTTP requests
- New user menu (similar to what we have seen in the Moodle Prototype)

We are searching for a dedicate Moodle vendor who can provide upgrades and enhancements to our system. We’re a small company and need this to make changes and have the support for our team. Can you recommend anyone or a company? We’re even wanting to change our hosting service.
